Matthew is very personable, easy to communicate with, very accommodating for extenuating circumstances and to accommodate appointments and for family issues. Matthew went out of his way on several occasions and happily visited our family member in his care home on more than one occasion to discuss arrangements for the Powers of Attorney and to offer advice and help with signing the documents. Matthew was always available to answer questions which he did so in a timely manner and offered solutions to help us on all occasions. He was understanding and compassionate and his service for us was exemplary. He was fantastic in all our dealings with him.
